The Giri Residence has been a cherished boutique hotel in the heart of San Juan for over 20 years. From July to October, it joins the private luxury villa collection of Alberto Cortes and Yvonne Hulst, offering an exclusive way to experience Ibiza.

Rooted in Ibicencan heritage, the house features warm architecture and an eclectic interior design curated by Ksar Living. Every space reflects a refined balance of light, craftsmanship, and serenity, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and timeless.

From July to October, The Giri Residence is available as a private villa for exclusive stays. From April to July, it welcomes guests as a boutique hotel.
